Night shifts are necessary, especially if there are many things to settle overnight. Do different things overnight. Simply put, remain busy overnight. Although your job is precisely the same with the morning shifter, this never implies you could not read some books or completely enjoy different game. As long the brain remains occupied and focused into something, odds are it is unlikely to fall asleep and become tired.

Sometimes, the light is more essential. In order to keep awake and perform your duties properly, keeping the lights on at the station can make a difference.
