For many years, career women have ignored the importance of breastfeeding and prefer introducing formula-milk so as they can get a chance to rush to their business or jobs. Although they do it without ill intentions, this adversely affects the growth of their children. However, they have no idea how important the breastfeeding is both to the kids and their individual life.

You might have seen young kids being rushed to a health facility every time before they are even five months old and wonder what is happening. If you look further, you will realize that those kids were never breastfed after birth and have been relying on bay milk. Breast milk comes with antibodies that fight bacteria and viruses leaving your baby strong at all times.

Breast milk has a chemical component called leptin and is essential for regulating appetite and fat storage of the child. As such, obesity problem that affects kids both at young and old age are naturally mitigated. Moreover, the milk has gut bacteria which is useful in fat storage, and it cannot be traced from the formula milk. The longer you allow your child to suckle, the more he or she will become free from obesity.

It is evident that babies who breastfeed long enough are sharp glow at a fast pace a fact that cannot be witnessed from kids who depend on the nanny milk. Research has indicated that breast milk is useful in sharpening the brain and enhances its fast development. Kids who were breastfed for extended months have an improved academic and social life, unlike their counterparts.

Another advantage of feeding your newborn using breast milk is the nutrient content. The milk contains all that a kid needs for fast growth and is in right proportions. The nutrients naturally change according to the needs of the child especially for the first few months of its life. Colostrum produced during the days provides high protein levels and beneficial compounds that help the child develop a good digestive tract.

Considering that breast milk is natural and as a mother you have no way interfering with what is produced, the child gets a hundred percent healthy milk. The body balances everything ensuring that nothing contagious is going through the breast to the child. As such, allergy problems experienced from nanny milk will not affect your child. You will never rush to a hospital seeking treatment for allergic situations.

All the above benefits are all about a baby, but the mothers also have more to benefit from this activity. Lactating mothers experience uterus contraction, help them lose baby weight, menstruation cases cease during that period, and you will be saved from breast cancer. Take the initiative of breastfeeding your newborn babies and save yourself from the above issues.
